Another patch that I cannot find information on, it might be some kind of signal patch, any help would be appreciated ??

Possibly an airborne signal unit. The cross flags are used in signal, cryptology, intelligence etc. but the lightning bolts usually indicate death from above.
Thanks for that info, the few patch books I have only showed one with crossed flags & no lightning bolts, so I appreciate the insight on this patch, but maybe I can find the year on this one !
Looks to be US Navy related. The rope border and color are similar to the WW2 PT boat insignia.
The signal flags and bolts look like a communications related item.
Back looks like it is a modern creation.

Very well could be modern, but it passed the no glow test ??
