As I was handed this by one of the head honchos from FAT, I know these models for for display in travel agent's windows or on desks. We did as lot of work with these guys based out of Taiwan, and they were always a pleasure to work with. It's a nice model (apologies, I've forgotten to measure it, so no scale I'm afraid. It's about half the size of the Northwest -400 I posted earlier).
It's in mint condition and is a really nice scale model. I hope any fellow aeroplane buffs like it.
