In 1978 I got this penny in a handful of change at a convenience store along with 3 perfectly normal 1978 pennies. The clerk tried to get it back but I wouldn't give it to him. It is completely blank on both sides with just the raised rim making it technically a planchet.
Nice i only have one blank and its old dont know from when since no one ever knows but theyre still cool
