Could this be a Howard Baer ?

I am wondering if anyone would know if this is a Howard Baer ? It is signed see second picture and dated "65" . It is a abstract and I always thought it looked like a bathroom scene ? --see last picture - . It is heavily textured . Does anyone know anything???
