Typical Mexican with abalone shell. Any marks?
Could be American 1980s, during the trend of the XOXO type of design, especially for bracelets, the clasp is an American foldover style. Should be marks.

Only a 925 mark on the clasp
Thank you, I think its a great bracelet, but not very old vintage.
Ok thanks for your help truth
After reading what truthordare answered you I want to say that is probably something to consider as the fold over clasp is not something I have seen in mexican jewelry. I thought about that but was thinking I haven't seen recent mexican jewelry so I was not prepared to say they would never use it. With truthordare's knowledge on american jewelry - that I don't have - that convinces me I should have stod by my gut feeling about the clasp :) :) But the bracelet is absolutely influnced by vintage mexican designs. Sorry if I confused you :)
That is the beauty of this International collector site, we all bring something different in our knowledge base.
The foldover clasp is one I have found mainly on USA vintage sterling bracelets, because I collect them. Of course clasps can be removed and replaced.
I'm sure together, we can help each other and others.
Brilliant I have been posting on this site on and off for quite a few years in the hope of learning about all kinds of jewellery & other items, but it’s rare to come across collectors who share knowledge and actually want to help others. They are a handful on here and I wanna thank anyone who helps anyone with information
