Delicate Glass Vase with Enamel Decoration

Too bad my phone didn't take good pictures because of the bad lighting in the room. This vase is really lovely. It is nicely hand decorated. The top of the vase looks more turquoise and the bottom is almost clear. Overall it has a kind of satin finish.

The vase is about 9 1/2 inches tall.

It is not visible but at the bottom there is the number 37. Based on the way the number 7 is written, I believe that the vase could be German or Bohemian. The reason I say that is because I still write my sevens with the funny top and the line through. Here in Canada, and I guess in the States as well, people don't write like that.
