I am curious if this is a vintage item, any info at all would help. I’m not sure if this is a remake made by pell or by MARY Beth burchardt the wording is a bit confusing on the info card

Gorgeous Pell brooch & welcome to CW. I am a great fan of Pell jewelry, believe they started in the 40s, but Mary Beth Burchardt was a designer for them in the 1980s, she took many of their classic designs and updated them (they are still the Pell co but she co-signed her pieces, unless in this case she went solo) I have one of her hummingbird brooches that I really love

Yes most MBB designs are 80s, this is such a lovely find :)
The card says the brooch is a "Fifi Poodle" #175. It's a bow. It's in a MBB box.
There is no picture of the back. The PELL brooches I've seen are signed.
