Dairy Milk Large Container- Found in my Grandfathers garage.

This is a beautiful piece, as a child I remember seeing that at my grandparents. My grandfather was 104 years old passed 1983....I finally got this piece from Texas. I would like to know more about this container but it looks so good by my lantana's,. I am so interesting to talk with someone with knowledge of all my finds, am I a collector , yes but of China dishes....now it seems to me I am getting much more of finds I just don't know.
