Just curious what year this was made. it says in the pamphlet that questions regarding acey-deucey will be gladly answered if a 3-cent stamp is enclosed and it gives e Parker Brothers address.

The paperwork or box should have a date on it somewhere. I remember playing it in the late 50's or early 60's.
I didn't notice before but this is the US Service edition so it isn't at all rare. Millions of these were made for the Navy, Marines and Coast Guard to have on board ship.
Of course the thing that makes it common is the one thing that I thought made it rare! Welcome to my life lol
One closed on eBay today that didn't sell. It was listed for $3.97. They aren't popular right now but things tend to turn around eventually. Never be valuable but will be worth a bit more down the road.
It is designed to add more luck than skill to backgammon.
Here in Florida, FOX 13 business news ran a segment this morning about board games making a sudden comeback. They predict sales to skyrocket through 2023. Might not hurt to hold on to these games for a bit.
