Can someone please tell me what these items are. They look like some type of farm equipment. Not sure if these two work together or what they may have been used for.

They're certainly unusual things whatever they are...? Could you provide any more info about them, especially their size and if/how they have moving parts? (the 2nd one sure looks like it should?) You can add two more pics to this listing too, which might help somebody recognize them for something?! :-)
