I just started collecting. I just acquired some stick pins at an estate and I cannot identify the makers mark. Any help or info would be great.

Welcome to CW!!
I think the photos are better now. Thank you so much for looking. Thanks for the welcome too.
I am from Wisconsin. The item is from an estate in Illinois. What would the number be? Thanks for help, I appreciate it.
925 is a silver mark? Just got done having tested it came back 12k gold. This piece has me puzzled. I wish it was easier to find info. I have jewelry boxes full of items from that estate. I got myself into it I guess.
I just tried 2 more pictures.
It actually made me happy but then confused. No gold mark. Is it common to not have gold marks? Iam adding another pic my daughter just took.
My 16 yr old daughter just informed me this is going in her stick pin/ hat pin collection. She does not have one. She says she has a collection now.
What would one look out for in costume jewelry estate jewelry besides gold and silver?
What would one look for? Well, it appears you did very well, especially for a beginner! I don't believe much is really made in 12k any longer. I think the secret is to go after what it is you love. Then, even if it is not gold or silver, you still have a piece, or pieces that you can use or decorate with. I really love your daughters attitude! So cute. Hopefully she will go with you to the estate sales now and you can search together!!!
