Hi Steptoe1, the name Haluk seems to be Turkish, and a google search brings me to a whole lot of Turkish items, jewelry, garments, etc.
The style of the bracelet has been inspired by Victorian chain bracelets with sliding decorations, and the pin type of clasp which was used for a long time in Eastern Europe, Middle East, etc. All I can say except it is gorgeous, love it!
Thanks truth I only found the same as you did and I am hoping that someone might have more information and be willing to share some.its very unusual and i could not find another
