    This, I believe, is an EAPG (maybe late eapg?) punch bowl base/stand. 4 in wide on small end...7 in wide on larger end. 5 in tall. 4 seam pressed pattern glass w/ hobstars, arches and fans. Reacts well to UV light. Would appreciate any info on maker/pattern/year. Thanks :)
