This is a Bagley 3067 Fish Scale pattern cake plate produced from 1938 to the mid-fifties. Being uranium glass this is probably from before 1946. Thanks to Angela Bowey's Bagley Glass book. The centre design is a circle of fish tails.
Thanks Broochman, this really stood out on a stand at a small local antiques fair and cost me £5, well worth it. It's the same pattern range as the frosted cake stand I have.
