Ted, that picture doesn't enlarge for some reason, so I can't make out the wording on it. Also would be curious to see another pic showing this item more 'in context' on its building -- is it this older one, or the newer looking complex on the opposite corner?

Hello all, I will try to get a better picture of this item by next week, and i will post it then.
The older brick building where the florist is the Luksic Building. The contrast is poor, and you can barely make out the letters in its capstone. Again, i will try for better pictures of the capstone, the drain, and its position on then building.
Thank you all for your interest in this item, and the neighborhood that it resides in!
