Love this glass grooved bead necklace with gilt filigree caps. Cotton (?) String is very old.
Thought the beads may be Czech and possibly Neiger, but I cannot find anything to confirm. Do any of you knowledgeable folk know? Thanks!

Very cool necklace! Looks art deco to me and czech or possibly german as it has the colors of the german flag :) I don't see why it would be made by the Niegerbrothers, a lot of nice glassbead art deco necklaces were made in several countries.
I keep going back to look at how beautifully your bead caps fit the beads. I’ve looked online for similar caps but I’ve found nothing even close. That makes me wonder if the caps were custom made for the unique shape of the beads.
