Lucky find at a second hand store, I didn’t know what I had at first but was amazed at how deep the cuts were. After getting at home and cleaning it up I was truly mesmerized by its brilliance ! This low bowl is about 7” wide and 2” tall, I am thinking that it was used on a regular basis because there are multiple nicks along the rim as well as a few in the bottom and a couple of chipped teeth. Amazingly enough all of the damage is hard to notice without looking closely. It appears to be unsigned but research has led me to believe possibly Hawkes or Egginton due to the U notches.
What a lucky find! I love thrift stores
