Someone on Facebook asked for information on this. It look like part of a chandelier or a decorative item on a lamp(?) etc.. Could you tell me the manufacturer and date made? It has Made in Czechoslovakia on it. It might just be modern. Just asking for him.. Thanks.

Looks like a hanging crystal prism and its older than you think, those labels were in use starting 1920s-30s, after WWI. Many Czech crystal manufacturers of chandeliers and even table top lamps decorated with these existed then. Here is an example.
