So I found this lamp at a thrift store. Bought it because well it's cool. I've never seen a lamp that has a built in ashtray (it won't be used but still a cool addition to it). There is a small tag that says German Crystal and on the sockets say Leviton. The sockets appear old as they have cardboard (thick paper?) around them and the plug is an older see though yellowish plastic. I'd really appreciate some help identifying the maker of this lamp.

I believe the part you think is an ashtray is supposed to represent an item called a bobeche.

Your lamp is shaped like a candlestick. Actual candlesticks sometimes have a glass ring to catch melted candle wax before it runs down to ruin the table.

Your lamp having a part which looks like a bobeche just reinforces it’s resemblance to an actual candlestick.

It’s very pretty but I don’t have any other info to give you.....maybe this info can lead you on the right track.
