    Got this from my mom. Don’t know if it is worth keeping for my grandchild or just to give it to goodwill. My father in law got it in Japan I believe in the 1940’s. It has a Asian signature on the bottom but I can’t read Japanese.

      Keep it. It looks like a satsuma but could be Limoges. Don't give it away.
