I had this for 30 years, and i have no idea what this is worth. It's a really beautiful egg and it doesn't matter to me either way but I still would like to know what I have and what it's worth

I would like to know is this egg rare? Do I have anything of value. If I do, how can I restore the egg to its orignal state.. How do i clean this item.
