    My inspiration today was from a Facebook discussion based on is it or not Japanese? A gaudy porcelain chocolate set with too many colors, gilted areas and slapdash hand painted details.

    I love good Japanese porcelain and pottery items from the 1900s or so. I owned many ceramic pieces at some point, here are a few I still admire today.
