These are book banks manufactured by Bankers Utilities Co.
This manufacture is most prominent in their manufacturing of book banks. Therefore they are the easiest to find.
To help you date these banks I am providing some FDIC Information.
Insurance values are as follows.
5,000 ~1934 to 1950
10,000~1950 to 1966
15,000~1966 to 1969
20,000~1969 to 1974
40,000~1974 to 1980
100,000~1980 to present
