Not sure if this is some kind of native hand woven blanket? Anybody know? My mom had it among her items in a sealed bag, she might have brought it from Texas while visiting her sister.

I just did a search and found this : http://www.native-languages.org/rugs.htm .. but that doesn't necessarily tell you anything ! .. Another page said that if you smell lanolin, you have an authentic Navaho piece . . You'll have to search for yourself, unless someone else knows something .. Good luck !
