I came across a beautiful collection of old dolls trying to learn something about them.
I am hoping someone can tell me little history

These dolls are porcelain mass produced dolls made to represent antique dolls . They date from 1980s-90s. The market for them has become flooded causing them to lose value . They were sold as collector dolls not toys with the hopes they would gain in price . A few of yours look like they may be reproductions made by a student in a dol making ceramic class . These dolls were made in China and Taiwan by USA companies that sold them on home shopping TV and magazines . They make for nice display dolls :-)

The red headed doll is definitely one you want to take care of. It's highly collectable.
