Hello everyone!!
I just acquired this set of cast iron bookends. They were made by Everstyle and were simply titled "Boy and Girl". They were produced in 1930. Though the paint is stained, they both retain most of their original paint. They measure 7" tall. In the bookend world, these would be considered a rare find.
Thanks for stopping by for a look!!

Wonderful vintage boy & girl shapes, and I love the smart way the interior base is cut and curved for balance, kudos on a great find Scott
Thanks Ken!!! I only wish the paint was much cleaner that it is. Otherwise, happy to have them in my collection.
Thank you Jenni!! I love the design as well.

How good! I love teh way they are cut and designed to lean back onto the books.
So clever and stylish.
Thanks Karen!! They caught my eye instantly and I had to have them for my collection. I have several other sets of bookends in my collection, but, these are the rarest of them all.
