There are no markings to be located on either figure.
I don’t know WHY someone thought it would be comforting to paint yellow around the toddlers’ eyeballs.

Maybe they're the brothers of the twins in The Shining.
They're very reminiscent of piano babies. I agree that the yellow around the eyes is sort of creepy looking. Otherwise, very cute little figures.
Look like they were painted in a ceramic making class , Not factory and not well done . I would paint over faces and make them more appealing :-)
