Napkin Ring with Dancers

I found this wood napkin ring in a bazaar sale.
It features two dancers. On the other side of the ring it reads "Mallorca."
At a glance, it looks like an ordinary souvenir.
Could it be something painted by a notable artist?
I've searched for similar fonts and signatures but came up empty handed.
