In 2013, I went searching for a ton of vintage brooches to make a bouquet for my wedding (I ultimately decided to have a traditional bouquet). In my search, I found this beauty & without hesitation, I bought it. It wasn’t until I got home (3 hours away) that I realized it is an earring. Imagine my dismay knowing that it’s twin may still be back at the antique store. By the time I was able to revisit said store, I could not find its twin. I have been tirelessly searching for its twin or at the very least, a matching brooch. The only stamp on the back is a “pat. pend”. If any of you can help me in any way, I will forever be grateful. **Sorry I don’t have a pic of the back at this moment but I will upload it soon**
Good luck! If all else fails, perhaps you could add it to a necklace (but still leave the earring hardware intact in case the mate should turn up someday).....just a thought.
Absolutely gorgeous large earring, would you consider bringing it to a jeweler to make a pin mechanism in back so you could wear it as a brooch, it would be awesome on your wedding dress and is also the traditional "something blue"
Several vintage designers used the Pat Pend mark but the pale blue oval stones with baguettes & tiny white rhinestones looks very like an Alfred Philippe for Trifari design from the 1950s, even unsigned you have a classic vintage piece there, kudos on a super find :)

@watchsearcher Thank you, that’s a fantastic idea. She’s so beautiful & hasn’t been able to see the light of day.
@Newfld Thank you so much!!! I hadn’t considered turning it into a brooch but that’s not a bad a idea. She ought to be worn in some fashion for sure. I do hope I can find her twin or another piece to the collection for sure.
@valentino97 Thank you. I wish the photo could do it justice.
