Never seen before a cameo with the symbols of the four. From around 1850 nice large size of 2 1/2.Gold frame. Mathew winged man-Mark is winged lion-Luke is winged ox and John is eagle

I would love to have a better explanation of what is depicted there. Of course, I understand it's Biblical in nature with the names and angels who seem to be saving the man from whatever is below the clouds......Hell, I imagine, but can someone fill in the details for this ignorant person?
