This is a hands on discovery I made about 6 months ago, when I acquired the yellow tripod glass vase. I had seen and identified this decor in other colors already with images, but had not realised what it really looked liked and how it was fabricated. I came up with the name 'framed spatter'.

The difference from the standard spatter decor glass, is one color is the main surface decor, and another color has been applied in between and around this spatter application.

Why is it Kralik? Because multiple shapes and marked glass objects have this decor. It is a tango type of production, with bright combinations, red, yellow, green, and a darker or vivid framed glass puts the whole effect in relief.

    Update 23rd October:
After showing this vase to the Jugenstil Group on FB, someone suggested WMF in Germany, and that idea resonated with me because they did produced this type of fancy flat foot rest, with a ring at the top were it is attached to the vase base. I will provide a WMF attibuted piece for you to compare. The Kralik flat foot base are made with a smooth glass column between the two parts.

Some reason to consider WMF as well. Ikora glass examples from the 1930s.
