      No movement on the t fold. Lettering is ums38
      There is a slide on the flat side of the t fold

      Seems like I remember these being used to align points in a distributor or voltage regulated back in the day

      I've been thinking (without any good reason to do so) that things similar to this might be 'valve stem' tools for tire rims, but I don't know why...??
