old FULLER BRUSH CO. 'duster'

I can safely call this one "old" (I think?) since I can personally attest to it being somewhere hanging around in a closet in every home I grew up in plus at least one more beyond that. It wasn't "new" then by any means, and since I've been living in some-or-other house for over 50yrs myself with or without it...do the math...? ;-) :-) Now it again resides within the house I currently occupy, after I rescued it from my Mom and Dad's 'downsizing' sale and move a couple yrs ago.

Roughly 18" long overall, its 'bizness end' is a sorta two sided affair made of fluffy cotton (?) yarn of some sort, on a turned wooden handle with hanging eyelet which indeed bears the FULLER BRUSH logo stamped into its ferrule. (pic #2) I don't know where Mom actually got it nor when, but would guess probably not from an actual 'Fuller Brush Man' door to door salesman...she was never much of one to suffer door to door salesmen for anything... ;-)

For the record, the d*mned thing still WORKS just fine...?!! <LOL>
