How old is this Singer sewing machine?

Today, I found this old Singer sewing machine and I would like to know how old this beautiful piece of history is. The serial number is Y8952300 and on the bottom of the machine is written Simanco 32658 K.
I have never seen this kind of sewing machine and I am totally mad about it, but I couldn't find any good source where I could discover how old this fabulous thing is.

Thank you! By serial number I found that mine was made in October 1933.
