Ouro Apolo J.Antonio Madrid 52????

I got these bookends at a garage sale this weekend. I don't wish to know what theyre worth, rather I'd like to know if anyone knows anything about them. I could find NOTHING on the internet, except that they may have come from a theatre in Madrid that closed in 1929 and reopened in 1932??? Any info anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. I really think theyre neat and probably wouldn't sell them.
