i picked these up at a thrift store. I'm just in the beginning stages of learning all about different types of glass. These are not real heavy but they are glass. I noticed a few bubbles in them. No markings. Was hoping someone could help me to identify this type of glass.

These appear to b e Czech, and likely ca. 1920's - 1930's. I am curious how tall are they?

      13 in. Are they valuable?

Sorry, but I do not discuss values.
      Values can be very subjective.
That being said, they are nice, and it is always a bonus to have a pair.
