Hi! I came across this cute brooch with SARAH stamped on the back. I'm not sure the style to describe it as because it looks mod, 80's and 90's to me! :) The inlay is a light orange sherbet color.

I would hazard a guess that this is not Sarah Coventry.
Sara Golden up in NY makes odd pieces like this but I am not familiar with her marks. I just know she makes some really odd stuff.
Thanks everyone!
I searched a bit more and read that some pieces do have just SARAH as the hallmark. Although the style of this brooch is not really similar to their other pieces, maybe with exception to a lovely pair of blue earrings that Broochman shared.
Perhaps this brooch is a piece that was sold in their later years?
I will keep at it! :)
Thanks again all!
what if sarah is not a name but stands for something else like a group..?

I never thought of it as an acronym! I will look into it! Thanks
Thanks Broochman!
I own and run the largest Facebook groups for Sarah Coventry jewelry history and identification as well as buy and sell. Yes, this is an authentic piece from the last years the original company existed. The name is "GEOMETRIC PIN" and was released in 1981.
VERY BEAUTIFUL!!!,GREAT knowledge Huffstutler !! I too run a bunch of collecting groups on facebook myself.
Thank you so much Huffstutler! I will look for your group the next time I log on to Facebook. I would love to learn more!
Thanks Sean! I love it!
I hope everyone is doing well! :D
