Desperate For ID Help Mysterious Etched 7" Blue Brown Ceramic Vase Possibly Foreign With Long Unusual Name & Thune

This vase has a really nice quality feel and look to it. I purchased it online and an very happy with quality. It has a wonderful blue and brown etched design and I think it is ceramic but not the lightweight ceramic quality. Please see signature photo and long last name Slunybines LOL!! I don't know!! Looks like Thune is one word. Help is appreciated.
