Hello everyone!!
Here is a bronze huntsman fox, from my collection. This one is a reproduction of the original from the early 1900's. I show the original , also from my collection, side by side with this reproduction and, as you'll see in pic #4, the original was free standing and had no base mount. He's very detailed in nearly every way with his hunting horn and riding cap in hand. . He stands 7 3/8" tall, including the base. The original measures 6 7/8" tall. I do know that the original was Belgian made, but, I'm not sure where the reproduction was made.

Fantastic foxes in hunter's clothing, it's fun that the designer turned the tables to put the fox on the hunt! Very cool sculptures Scott

Thanks Eileen!! We have both red and grey foxes, but to see either is a rare treat. They're very shy little creatures. But, I always enjoy see one, when the opportunity presents itself. I have a couple of Reddy Fox figurines in my collection that I highly prize. Thanks again Eileen!!
