Trying to help mom identify this lamp. It does have a letter with 4 digits stamped on cast base. anything to help is much appreciated thx.

Have you looked under the base to see what markings are there? If any add them to your post photos.

* You might take a close-up photo of the sockets, outside and looking into them (no bulbs) good lighting helps.
* the plug up close.
