dumpsterdiva
(1 item)
A few years back we helped my Mother move. In the hallway she had a "trash" pile and this framed print was in the pile. I found the print somewhat intriguing and innocent so rather than the trash can, it found it's way into the trunk of my car.
While I know very little about the artist and really the print in general, it is to date my favorite "dumpster dive".
Can anyone provide any information on the artist or the print ? Out of curiosity, I would be interested in knowing a monetary value if any, as well as mayybe a date that the artist would have originated this print. Thanks for any feedback. I appreciate it.
Got this from an on line site : Circa 1910 Frederick Duncan 6-print framed grouping. "The Greatest Day of a Girl's Life". Six scenes include "The Dawn of Happiness"; "Old Home Farewell"; "Forever and Ever"; "The Wedding Cake"; "Off For the Honeymoon"; and "Alone at Last". Each image is signed "Frederick Duncan".
I will give you the link in my next post..
As promised here is the link to an auction site..:http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/252782
