Please Help ID Art Glass Vase Signed J R

I purchased this as unsigned because I loved it's design but when I received it today I was so impressed with its quality and detail. As I have done before with other "unsigned" pieces I kept inspecting it and have found a tiny etched JR (I think it is JR) mark not on the bottom but on one of black circles near the rim. I am using a new camera and can't get a shot of the signature. I am hoping someone can help ID this as I would love to know. Thank you for help.
