I am not sure what this piece is called. It is only 3 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter. Is it milk glass?

typically called a sherbet but sometimes a champagne. the patterns looks to be 'Iris' (AKA: Pineapple) and originally made in crystal by Higbee c1917, but reproduced by several companies in later years; not sure whop made this milk glass version.
