      Despite your excellent reporting of all its various 'specs' Wayne, I remain at a complete loss as to what this thing actually *is/was*...is its "dial face" actually a radio tuning gauge? It just doesn't quite look like it is calibrated to be that, to me...??

      Thanks Keramikos for putting that into my mental realm. 28 lbs. portable ? Well, I guess a bag of Portland cement is considered portable too. LOL !
