I got this at a yard sale in TN. I don't know a lot about it because there are no markings as to where it was made or when. The only other mark I can find is a star on the bottom side of the pump. I've never seen one with the face on the spout. If anyone knows or has seen one, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've never seen one like that either, being fancy makes me wonder if it was mounted on a vanity in a washroom.

Possibly! I hadn't thought of that I guess because it was mounted on a half barrel when I got it but the barrel was pretty rotten. I'll look into that a little more. Thanks!

That type of hand pump was always mounted on a counter, beside a sink. The handle is 90 degrees to the spout for ease of use.

I agree with walksoftly , it is a hand pump to be used at a sink . I have never seen one like this before with the face . That is very unsual .

I agree it is unusual. We didn't notice the face until we got it home and cleaned it off a little. Thanks for all of your help :)

What I would like to know more than anything is who made it. The only markings on it is one star you can see if you turn it upside down. Any ideas?
