I just purchased this mystery because I love the turtle design but I know nothing about it. I searched for turtle bowls or baskets but did not find a match. Would love help in identifying region this is from etc. It is a 16" diameter shallow 3" deep bowl. Thank you for help (I hope).

I don't know much about baskets other than this does look like it's very well made and that Native Americans used the turtle symbol quite often. I found a pic of something very similar but don't know how reliable the source may be.
