I got this lamp from an estate sale, and right up until I went to post it here, I thought it was carved wood. It looks like carved wood, but its actually some sort of ceramic or other pottery. Whoever painted it did an awesome as to foll me into thinking it was wood-lol

Anyway, I have searched the internet high and low and can't find the lamp, the artist, or anything. Does anyone know anything about this lamp? It's either handmade and worth nothing, or a one of a kind worth something.
    Thanks in advance!

My father painted one of these when I was young and they’re made of plaster of Paris. It was lost about 25 years ago. The picture is to dark for me to tell if it’s the same one. I think my dad’s was more brightly painted. I’d like to find it.
