This is an antique cup, which is from the 1800’s. This piece is right at 3 inches tall, maybe a child’s cup. From what I have seen online, I think it is coin silver but can not verify for sure. You can see part of mark on bottom and part is worn off. I included what the mark would have looked like in last pic from an online source and it gives a date history of this maker
