At the risk of being contradicted I think I can now describe this as a Biedermeier era vase from the mid 19th. century. Certainly the scalloped foot and hand enamelling are very like others I have seen online. It is Bohemian, possibly Harrach, probably mould blown with a hand finished rim and it weighs just under a kilogram or 2lbs. 3oz. so it's not the most delicate of pieces. Height 8". The hand enamelling is rather naïve and I'm wondering if it was applied to a factory blank.
