Some of these are wool and others are silk, but most are a combination of wool and silk. Some of you probably remember when i first became obsessed with these. i counted how many i had the other day and it's over 250! i still love them, but i've been warned that it would be very easy for moths to get in and ruin them all. so tonight i unpacked all my suitcases full of serapes and repacked them with mothballs in them. i hope it works!
Oh gosh, now they are all going to have that awful oder! Wouldn't cedar blocks be better? They come in small blocks about 1" thick and 3" long! Maybe it's a personal thing but I don't handle that smell very well. Just a thought.
yeah it's growing old pretty quickly. will the cedar blocks really prevent moths though? apparently clothes moths are a real pest around here.
